Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs, and custom laws imposed on any of your Swedish Marine orders imported to your country.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your Swedish Marine purchase for any reason, we will be happy to make a return.
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanging and Returning Products
Exchanging or returning products will be discussed with Swedish Marine and must be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the invoice date. Always state cause and send a copy of the invoice or the delivery note. Special orders CANNOT be exchanged or return. The product must be a part of Swedish Marine’s standard selection. If Swedish Marine is not the cause of the return, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s price at the time of the invoice. The sender pays for the freight when returning a product.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Swedish Marine will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for any defective items or if the wrong item was shipped. If item is being return for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping and handling costs.
Electrical Components
Installed electrical components are non-returnable.
Not yet installed electrical components are subject to a minimum 20% restocking / inspection fee. All returned items must be in “As new” and resalable condition with all original packaging and components. Swedish Marine reserves the right to refuse refund on any item that is not returned in “As new” condition. Drop Shipments subject to manufacturer’s return policies and restocking fees.
NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Special order and non-inventory items cannot be returned or canceled. Third party returns are subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee. At no time will Swedish Marine be responsible for payment of any return shipping charges, including return of warranty items.
Return Shipment
For your protection, be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Swedish Marine cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
